Wallet and on-chain information

If you connect a cryptocurrency wallet or transact with the $HINEY token, your public wallet address and on-chain activity are recorded on the public Solana blockchain, which is outside our control. We do not collect your private keys, seed phrases, or custody of your assets through this Site.

Important: because the project intends to serve learners under 13, children’s-privacy rules such as COPPA (US) and equivalents elsewhere may impose specific obligations on any feature that collects data from minors. Any such feature must be reviewed with counsel before launch.
